Man Tackled HARD By Police

You know how sometimes police will tape off a suspicious package/backpack/suitcase left unattended?
You know how it can take a long time to figure out what to do with it?
Well this guy does, and he was tired of it.
After getting annoyed with how long it was taking police to deal with the roped off backpack, he decided to cross the tape and empty it out himself…well the officers didn’t appreciate that very much:)
